Electrical Engineering Tutor

I am a graduate student with research experience, university level teaching experience, and tutoring expertise. I received my bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2024 with highest honors. I am currently working towards my master’s degree at Queen’s University, where being a Teaching Assistant at the Engineering Physics department is an important part of my journey towards earning my degree. I have had the opportunity at Queen’s University to teach Engineering Physics courses for first year undergraduate students, where I held tutorials and review sessions for the Classical Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism courses. Furthermore, I have tutored independently several students in a wide of variety of Math, Physics, and upper-year Engineering courses. I have as well worked with Varsity Tutors as an independent contractor tutor. You can view my teaching portfolio and read testimonials from previous students on my website: https://ammaraibrahim.github.io/teaching/. I have tutored high school math and physics, including IB’s and AP’s curriculum courses. Furthermore, I have tutored first year math courses such as Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Linear Algebra, and Probability & Statistics. I also have a considerable amount of expertise in tutoring advanced math courses such as Differential Equations, Calculus 3 (Vector Calculus and Multivariate Calculus), and Numerical (or Finite Element) Analysis. I am also very experienced in teaching Electrical Engineering courses ranging from second-year Electrical Circuits courses to upper-year Signal Processing and Electromagnetics courses.
