Taught statistics and quantitative research methodology at Wits University Johannesburg Faculty of Management for over twenty years. I have a PhD in statistics and an MSc in computer science, but more importantly I specialize in making basic concepts clear to students with some challenges in the areas of math and statistics. At the other end of the spectrum I have supervised many successful Masters and PhD students. Over the years I have helped hundreds of students with all levels of ability and knowledge to understand the surprising implications of concepts like randomness. statistical distributions and probability using spreadsheet models.
