About
Hi! I am an English graduate, tutor, educational support worker and teaching assistant with a passion for language and literature.
My teaching skills have been honed in secondary schools in the UK, as well as online. I've worked with single students and small groups in a variety of settings.
I've helped many students improve their grades, from GCSE to undergraduate level, and I'm familiar with the current GCSE, AS and A level syllabuses and exam formats (most of all, AQA and OCR).
I'm equally adept at English language-- conversation, spelling, punctuation, grammar and creative non-fiction-- as I am with Literature. In fact, I am a published poet, and lifelong literature obsessive, so have plenty of knowledge and experience to share in that field.
