About

I am a creative, responsible, and hard-working student who demonstrates a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to guide students with their academics. Have a strong passion for helping students engage more with school activities and to develop various skills. During high school, I was a part of the homework club tutoring club at my local library to help students with their homework. I was also the academic tutor in my high school to help peers with their math and science homework. I have a strong background in math and science and have various experiences working with students. My experience includes: CONNECTION COMMUNITY SERVICE SOCIETY- HOMEWORK CLUB TUTOR Jan 2018 - May 2020 - Help and provide additional support to children through mentorship. - Provide students with useful guidance to improve homework completion. - Won Outstanding Youth Leadership Award through the organization MCMATH SECONDARY SCHOOL – ACADEMIC TUTOR Sep 2019 – Jun 2020 - Independent tutor to help students in grades 8-12 with their math and physics homework - Held review sessions for students before exams and tests.
