I learned the basics of tutoring in high school when I had the opportunity of tutoring english, business studies and economics. My 2 years experience as a tutor has taught me that, being a tutor is not just transmitting knowledge but it also about allowing students to detect their full potential. Online learning can be tricky sometimes because students don’t have the luxury of having one on one physical contact with their teachers. So it is in my best interest to be present by utilising all the necessary communication methods by providing a supportive online community and fostering personal relationship with each student to understand their needs.

The "safety" side, on the other hand, concentrates on the risk factor in your workplace and potential harm dangers. Its the responsibility of a future health and safety officer to ensure the health and safety of the employees is tempted with. And this is done by assessing risks and having a safety plan in place.
