Computer Science Tutor - Programming, Software Development, and Basic Concepts

I worked as an intern at RBC Technology and Operations, working as a Salesforce Developer Intern. In this role, I contributed to the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs of RBC. I assisted in developing workflows, automating business processes, and integrating third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions for the organization.

I am a Teaching Assistant at Acadia University, supporting courses such as Computer Programming 1 and Computer Programming 3. My role involves grading assignments, tests, and exams for subjects like Python, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and C++. In addition to these responsibilities, I actively help students understand key concepts, provide guidance on their projects, and assist them in improving their programming skills. Whether it’s debugging code or clarifying complex ideas, I enjoy helping students succeed in these courses.

I previously worked as a Proctor for Accessible Learning at Acadia University, where I facilitated exams for students requiring accommodations. My responsibilities included ensuring a quiet, distraction-free environment and providing the necessary accommodations, such as extended time or alternative exam formats, as outlined by the Accessible Learning office. In this role, I helped support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they had an equitable opportunity to succeed in their academic assessments.
