I am a sophomore in college studying to be an elementary teacher. I have a focus on English, meaning if I am to focus on one subject it is English. I have taken multiple classes within the subject and thoroughly enjoy it. I am also taking a two-part class on how to teach math to K-8 students.
I tutored my brothers and friends for 10 years now, ranging from K-12. I volunteered in an elementary school for 2 years, working with first graders and fourth graders. I also worked at a daycare this summer for 3 months, working with kids from 2 years old to 12 years old.
