I am an experienced Reading Specialist that would love the opportunity to teach your child to read or just help him/her catch up. I start off with an assessment to best determine strengths and weaknesses. I also provide weekly progress monitoring to make sure the intervention measures are productive. I use both approaches, Phonics and whole language to teach reading.
