I have been teaching public school middle school math for 6 years. I have taught all levels of math, including intervention math, for grades 6-8. I received my bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 4-8 Math Education. My first year teaching, I was awarded First Year Teacher of the District. I am passionate about teaching math in a way that engages and excites all students. I firmly believe that every child is capable of being successful in math.
