Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, such as organizing events, offering loyalty programs, utilizing social media platforms, and collaborating with local businesses or organizations.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, maintaining cleanliness standards, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, including barista training, product knowledge, customer service skills, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Business Growth and Expansion: Identifying opportunities for business growth, such as expanding the coffee shop's offerings, exploring new markets, or opening additional locations. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
