Hi there, I have just finished my first year of my Masters of Teaching at OISE (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at UofT). In 2018 I received my Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honors in Theatre and English from Dalhousie University. I worked as a theatre director and performer before pursuing my Masters. As a tutor, I focus on goal setting and skill development. Any time I am guiding students through specific assignments or test prep, I am focusing on developing the students learning skills and metacognition, so they can become leaders in their own educational development. I am very encouraging, curious and kind. My research topic for my Masters is in neurodivergence, and I am eager and prepared to work with any and all kinds of learners.
