Since 2010, I’ve immersed myself in yoga, beginning in 8th grade when I competed in and placed second in a state-level yoga competition. Over the past decade, I’ve transitioned from a practitioner to a professional instructor, starting my teaching journey in 2015. My experience encompasses guiding individuals with various health concerns, including diabetes, migraine, heart problems, sinus sciatica, depression, anxiety, paralysis, arthritis, spondylitis ,shortness of breath, anxiety &depression,
cure migraine, Obesity, shortness of breath, Bronchitis ,Asthma , high blood pressure, cholesterol, Chest pain, chest discomfort, intestinal problem, gast&acidity, Constipation, piles, hyper tension, sinus, Heart problem, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, wheezing, chest tightness issues, and more. As a specialist in meditation, pranayama, asana, and Ayurveda, I’ve also delved into advanced techniques like therapy yoga, power yoga, Pilates, and Jaap.
My professional qualifications include ongoing pursuit of an M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, along with certifications such as Hatha Yoga YTTC, International Yoga Course from Quality Council of India, Power Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training from World Gym Institute, and completion of a 500-hour Yoga Alliance TTC. Additionally, I’ve engaged in self-study covering anatomy, Ayurveda, sutras, mantras, and more, enhancing my holistic understanding of yoga and its benefits.
