• Coordinate the compilation of the school term plans according to the official Cambridge Scheme of Work • Monitor teacher performance and provide assistance to teachers to adhere to term objectives • Organize regular meetings with departmental members to ensure quality teaching. • Undertake moderation of exams to ensure proper marking • Give periodic feedback on copybook correction • Write detailed reports of class observation visits of departmental members per term and submit to the Academic Manager • Assist in the recruitment of new teachers as a member of the interview committee • Ensure cooperation and teamwork with departmental members

• IGCSE Oral Examiner for October/November series 2019/20 – Cambridge International School • Teach Grade 11 and 10 IGCSE Curriculum (English as a Second Language)encompassing reading, writing, listening and speaking with the aid of video and audio (TED Talks, speeches,etc…), • incorporate interactive games for skill building(Lost in the Jungle, Hangman, Hot Seat, etc...) • Organize outdoor activity games (Writer and Seeker, Grammar Correction Hop, etc…) • Teach first language English (reading and writing)for Grades 7– 9 • Prepare Grade 9 students for Cambridge Checkpoint Examinations using skill building techniques in paragraphing, sentence structure and advanced vocabulary

• Taught ESL English and Communication for adults including government, private sector, NGOs, medical doctors, judges, lawyers, teachers, engineers etc… (Beginner to Advanced levels) using interactive teaching techniques and games(Presentations, Charades, Lateral Thinking etc…)
