About
Hi! My name is Alex, I am in my 4th year of Child and Youth Studies at Brock University, currently applying to teachers college. During the last lockdown, I worked as a teacher at an Emergency Child Care program. During this time, I taught and assisted children of various ages with their online schooling that included many subjects. When the school year came to an end and our Summer Camp Program began, I still found myself with a great passion for one-on-one and small group academic support for children and continued to include educational aspects to our summer camp activities. I also have classroom experience where I was taught multiple ways to teach, as we all know, not all children learn the same! I look forward to hearing from you!
