Worked with LatinX families, children and adolescents under Medi-Cal provisions. Provided individual and family counseling for children and adolescents (ages 4-21). •Offered resources and holistic support to families and clients; researched/identified additional community resources. •Maintained timely billing and record keeping

Promoted to Student Operations team to advise students holistically provided the best student experience. Included academics, financial aid and variety of student services and resources departments. -Assisted students with immediate needs and monitor the whole student experience. -Worked to de-escalate student issues and refer to proper departments. -Facilitated course adds/drops when urgently needed by both civilian and military students. -Followed up with all departments and advocate for resolution of all students’ needs.
