*** First half-hour session FREE *** Hi! I'm Devon, and I love to learn. I also know how much the process of learning can suck. Sometimes, no matter how hard a student tries, they just can't keep up. The content simply isn't being taught in a way that's compatible with how they learn. That's where I come in! I want to help you learn in the way that's best for *you*. Figuring out how to tailor my approach and reframe topics so that you can best understand them is my favorite part of tutoring! Whether that's coming up with custom practice problems, annotation systems, study guides, or just working things through together, I am here for you. Specifically, I'm here to help you with English (grammar as well as creative and academic essay writing/editing), Latin, ancient Greek, and introductory statistics. (For those interested in statistics, message me for free access to my R cheat sheet!) Now, on to the boring stuff. I'm a member of the UCLA class of 2024 currently pursuing a B.A. in Linguistics and Classical Languages with a minor in Professional Writing and a specialization in computing (GPA 3.973). Before college, I graduated Cum Laude from Milton Academy, #8 on Business Insider's "The 50 most elite boarding schools in America," where I served as a peer tutor for three years, helping students with Latin, English, writing, and math.
