I am Hawraz, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics at Harvard College. Tutoring students and helping them succeed has been a part of my life for most of my life. It started when I began tutoring my middle school classmates on our tests coming up. Ever since I loved the process of helping other students succeed academically! My tutoring continued in high school, during summers when I would teach students at a private center, and at Harvard College where I was a course assistant in multivariable calculus and economics classes. In short, I love teaching others! Most of my tutoring experience comes from individual 1-1 sessions, in which I emphasize students asking questions repeatedly on guiding them through the material. I also focus on making tutoring a fun experience and can give students material to practice with afterward. Of course, this approach can be changed based on individual needs and requests.
