I am an online tutor with over three years of experience. Being your tutor will allow me to examine your problem areas, understand your strengths, and unlock the necessary skills needed to overcome the obstacle at hand. As your tutor, I want to be able to collaborate with you and work on making a better you!
My strongest suit is writing and reading. I am a writing and reading enthusiast! My experience in writing ranges from proofreading, editing, outlining, citations, and brainstorming. I provide thorough feedback and recommendations via Google Docs for essays.
My experience in reading ranges from expressive language, story analysis, context clues, digraphs/syllables, and phonological awareness. The overall goal is to help you find the joy in reading while understanding the context in a story!
My process is simple. First, I conduct a live video interview to understand your needs and goals. Once scheduled, our first session is a trial session. During our session, I will do an assessment and later create an individualized tutoring plan.
Overall, I am incredibly patient but honest. I believe in providing constructive criticism and motivating my students to want more. I am a visual teacher and think visuals, props, and animation is crucial to understanding difficult concepts!

Margaret is amazing, and after just a few sessions I am seeing BIG results.
Margaret is helping my kindergarten aged child with reading skills, and it is resulting in more confidence and ability. My daughter has struggled with reading, and with Covid-19 closing schools, she fell further behind. Margaret has tried various things, including fun games that also help my child learn. This tutoring is worth the investment and something I plan to keep for the long-term.

Margaret is a great teacher . She teach based on kids level and their standard. My one kid is Dyslexic and I failed with Speach Therapist . But Margaret under stand , what he need and how to handle him.
