About
I have helped hundreds of students boost their homework and test scores! These results come from hundreds of hours of experience breaking down intricate concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. In my lessons, I use targeted prompting questions to guide students toward independently understanding the steps needed to solve problems. I excel at quickly identifying areas of weakness, such as time management, science, math skills, statistics, etc., and transforming them into strengths through tailored guided practice exercises.
I previously worked as a professional high school and college tutor while attending the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. My teaching journey has been equally diverse and rewarding for the past 6 years. I’ve guided students one-on-one through the challenges of Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Statistics, R Studio, Chemistry, Ecology, Biology, and Environmental Statistics, tailoring my approach to individual needs. Additionally, I’ve led interactive sessions for classes of 15 to 30 students, encompassing both undergraduate and graduate levels. These groups, ages 14 and older, brought a variety of perspectives that deepened my ability to engage, inspire, and adapt.
When I have free time, you’ll usually find me doing what I love most—tutoring! My lessons are fun, interactive, and designed to make learning an enjoyable experience. From the very first session, your student will experience the thrill of success and gain the confidence to tackle challenges head-on.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, which I earned in 2023. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Environmental Science at the same institution, with graduation anticipated in May 2025.
