I am very passionate about teaching, I started teaching in year 2012, and since then I gained over 5 years of teaching experience. I have taught students ranging from ages 3 to 30 in various areas of study including English, Math, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental science and Human Anatomy. Besides teaching in a classroom, I have also taught at educational camps and through online tutoring. At educational camps I was entrusted with the responsibility of writing and arranging school curriculum for students ages 3 to 17 years old. At schools I had the responsibilities of setting examinations and other student related evaluations for a given term. Being a part of a school’s administrative team, have expanded my knowledge on the objectives necessary for students to achieve those objectives. I traveled to china in September of 2017 and studied Chinese (Mandarin) for two years, one year at Shandong University and the other at Huazhong University of Science and Technology after which I obtained a level 4 HSK Certificate in Chinese language Proficiency. Prior coming to China, I studied at the St. George’s University in Grenada where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biology. I have also completed a 120-hour TESOL certificate course.
