As a specialist in meditation, pranayama, asana, and Ayurveda, I’ve also delved into advanced techniques like therapy yoga, power yoga, Pilates, and Jaap. My professional qualifications include ongoing pursuit of an M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, along with certifications such as Hatha Yoga YTTC, International Yoga Course from Quality Council of India, Power Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training from World Gym Institute, and completion of a 500-hour Yoga Alliance TTC. Additionally, I’ve engaged in self-study covering anatomy, Ayurveda, sutras, mantras, and more, enhancing my holistic understanding of yoga and its benefits.
