I am a college student studying the art of telling stories on stage and through song, searching for the deep, hidden messages in texts. I am also wonderful with young kids as I used to work at a princess party company. I LOVE Music theory and am currently in honors theory 4. My parents are also music teachers so my love of music is in my genes. I will do my best to teach my students to be as excited as I am about the intricacies of songs! I have always maintained very high marks in my English classes and I was previously a writing tutor at my high school for two years. Through reading and studying literature and plays from elementary school, I have a very strong grasp of what makes an entertaining and thoughtful writer. Since I am majoring in theater, I am very personable and have a different point of view towards learning than my peers. Maybe this point of view is just what YOU need! I recently took a leadership class on how to improve one's leadership skills and discovered that anyone can be a great leader if they are willing to listen to others and focus on their strengths.
