À propos
I successfully completed my undergraduate degree at Western Carolina University (WCU), where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on business administration and law through a pre-law program. In addition to the core business courses, I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in various areas of law, including air and space law, business ethics and corporate responsibility, business organization, contracts and sales, media law, and estate planning, among others. As part of my degree requirements, I also took strategic management while attending Fayetteville State University (FSU).
I graduated from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a double concentration in entrepreneurship and business analytics. As part of the MBA program, I had to do three residencies and take many core business classes, such as marketing management, microeconomics, strategic management, venture capital, finance, managerial accounting, and more. I took foundations of entrepreneurship, global entrepreneurial management, organizational leadership, business analytics, accounting analytics, marketing analytics, and data analysis as part of my entrepreneurship and business analytics concentrations.
During my time in school, I would sometimes help my classmates understand law and business topics, such as interpretation, concepts, definitions, and how they could be used. Sometimes these subjects are taught confusingly, but I made the topics relatable and more understandable, which helped my classmates.
In addition to my formal education, I previously started two small businesses, which I had for several years, so I’m able to utilize my education and business background to help students grasp concepts and enhance their business knowledge.
