|Free 15 minute session| My beliefs: Hi, my name is Emily! I am very passionate about education in a progressive way. Not sure what that means? As an educator, I don't believe in lecturing or boring repetition. I believe the key to learning is combining new information with what you already know and then applying it to the real world. Working with me will result in a deeper understanding of the subjects we study. I offer a free 15-minute session for you to learn about my structure and ideology. My experience: -I am currently in college working on a B.S. in elementary education and a M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. -I have over 10 years of experience working with young people (0-18) in various settings including classrooms, tutoring sessions (1:1 and small group), summer camps, preschools, and daycares.
