• Collaborated with 26 staff in the club • Led about five in-person events and one online business speech this year • Assigned the tasks into five department: event, marketing, financial, art and photography • Scheduled the pre-work for events that demonstrates the time management • Monitor the reports and process in every department and to see if any mistakes existed • Decided the goal of the club through deeply thinking the pros and cons for every decision • Motivated the members by showing my enthusiasm and expectation to them • Communicated with every department to see how the process is and how we can solve the problems
