I initiated a project to maintain contact with alumni and am presently in touch with many alumni, assisting them with further career decisions and soliciting their advice for improving my curricula. I have initiated and/or been instrumental in the organization of extracurricular activities for students. Perhaps the most prominent has been serving as coach for programming teams that participate in the annual ICPC regional programming contest.
