Hola y bienvenidos estudiantes! I have a passion for teaching the Spanish language and culture to others because I think learning a second language can be a bridge to new opportunities and experiences. I recently completed my Masters in Spanish and my role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the college level courses. I have been learning the Spanish language for 11 years. I struggled with learning Spanish in middle and high school and became more fluent in college due to some helpful tools and the cultural exposure my professors provided. Basically, I understand how difficult learning a second language can be. As a tutor, I want to share some of the ways I overcame the hurdles of improving fluency (especially with spoken Spanish), retaining vocabulary, and bettering grammar.
