Sleep as the brain's calibration process
Extensive reading and review of scientific breakthroughs that have led to the current understanding of sleep.
Designed and carried out EEG studies paired with naps and cognitive psychological tasks in order to understand how the presence of sleep stages and wave types correlated with improvements in task performance.
