Appointed as the Principal taking care of entire administration and academics for classes LKG to Std. X. Administrative experience of 20 years of CBSE system of education. Responsibilities include inspection of schools for CBSE Delhi for affiliation. Have ensured 100% school results for duration of administration. Have organized and conducted several teachers’ training programs. Also responsible for establishing systems that were missing to begin with.

Joined Olcott Memorial High School as Coordinator working on an honorary basis, helping the Management establish systems immediately after it was pulled out of Government administration. (The only school to be brought under private management after a period of almost 100 years.)

Joined as a teacher and taught classes of Std. II, III and IV. In 1984, promoted to the post of Supervisor reporting to H.M. and helping in the administration of the school, in addition to teaching. In 1987, promoted the post of Assistant head mistress and was in charge of all educational and administrative matters. In 1988, promoted to the post of Head mistress in charge of all educational and administrative matters reporting to the Honorary Superintendent Of the School Board. Worked for the duration of 11 years at this institution. Joined as a teacher and taught classes of Std. II, III and IV.
