I love learning and am passionate about helping others enjoy the learning process. With 10 years of experience teaching music (piano and violin), I have worked with students of all ages, learning styles, and abilities. My favorite moment is when the lightbulb goes on and a student grasps the concept they were struggling with. I am comfortable teaching music as well as coaching writing and helping tutor elementary grades. In high school I hated writing, but then I found my voice and fell in love with communicating in written form. Now I am self-published author, blogger, writer, editor, and successful academic writer. I have expertise with APA and MLA style academic writing as well as freelance article writing. I can provide writing assistance from structuring an essay to working on college papers and using correct citation to crafting writing and communication that connects with modern readers.
