HI, I'm Ahad, a passionate 4th-year medical student. Medicine encompasses more than just hard science. My experience as a mentor and tutor nurtured my passion to help those around me; I found that helping students required more than knowledge of their subject. Rather, I was only able to address their difficulties when I sought their underlying fears and feelings. To me, creating a strong bond and proper relationship with my mentees and students is the preliminary step to understanding their strengths and weaknesses. My aim in teaching is not limited to simply retelling lectures, in fact, it's making sure that the students understand their value and potential so they succeed in reaching their goals.
